What data do you need?

Property addresses and certificate details, including types, issue dates, and expiry dates. Any spreadsheet format. We'll parse and normalise it for you.

Can I add new properties later?

Yes, self-service through your portal. Add properties, update expiry dates, and archive properties you no longer manage.

What happens when a certificate needs renewing?

We'll remind you automatically at 60 days and 14 days. If you want us to handle the renewal, click Book next to the certificate on your dashboard and we'll dispatch a certified contractor at the fixed price.
